Time zone calculations
Below is a Screen shot of some calculations to get the different times given either your current time or a selected time + upto 540 cities.
The spreadsheet is fairly simple using;
- and a Base reference Data (Needed to get the UTC)
Rather then explain HOW TO have a look @ the book online.
It is protected (NO PASSWORD) , but thats only so you don't inadvertenly delete any data.....I think it is self explainatory.
Please note that as the time zones use reference times ie times relative to when I took these, the daylight savings times apply to the base date = 15/02/2002. In order to get daylight savings times for your system requires some API functions. I am currently looking into getting a computers settings for this and then working out the times.
