OK, I bet you are thinking that these are just inserted Images!!

Have a look @ this screen shot which displays the eye of the first picture above (also below). What you are seeing is just like a news paper image ie blocks of different coloured parts that collectively make up an image when viewed at different zoom levels. This is how the images were done. Based around 24Bit code by Gijs ter Beek .  Credit & Thanks to gijs ter Beek.
Woman's eye @ zoom of 75 in Excel
Yes, they were generated with the Excel program below!!
Sorry, for the delay, but I think you will find it is worth it......
you can now download the program here.

NB: The file is zipped @ 1meg, but this is because I have left the hex dumps and some explanations of the BMP formats i.e. tried to show how it is done. The code is unprotected as is all my files....this is so that you can use some of the routines, or perhaps enhance it.

Download now
Yes, I've created a gallery of images that I converted........................

Non Programers :-) LOL you can't please every one !!! espicailly people who don't program. View the forum, you may find it useful ?

Update Nov 2006: Try this in XL 2007 ! You will be amazed @ the quality due to the number of extra colours this version allows.
I will try and amend for the extra columns allowed.
Painting in Excel is a really cool feature, especially when you have a PDF to Excel converter. You can take a picture in PDF form and through PDF conversion software, create a picture! Converting a PDF to Excel is easy, so next time you have to buy software, think about a PDF converter.
